Healing has always been a part of me. I started this journey when I was 17 years old and it has led me to a place where I’m proud to offer my knowledge, skills and care for those who put their trust in me to support them on their own healing journey.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle natural healing therapy that is over 4,000 years old, that works on reflexes/points and areas of the feet and hands that relate to corresponding organs, glands and parts of the body and it’s systems.

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing practice. Used to restore a person’s energy flow/life force energy. It is beneficial for stress reduction, relaxation and restoring balance to your body (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being).

Intuitive Healing

Reiki enery healing activated my love and interest into an area of healing that I’ve continued to add to over the last few years, studying Rahanni Celestisial Healing, Shamballa Reiki, Old Irish Healing, Intuitive guidance and Pendelum/dowsing.
