About Me

Healing has always been a part of me. I started this journey when I was 17 years old and it has led me to a place where I’m proud to offer my knowledge, skills and care for those who put their trust in me to support them on their own healing journey. I’ve studied many different complementary therapies, including Reflexology, energy healing, massage, aromatherapy counselling, personal development and growth. And along with my own healing journey and passion to provide a caring and compassionate service for my clients which allows me to be able to help transform someone’s life for the better.

I truly love what I do and I’ve been so privileged to be able to work with some amazing people over the years who are not only my clients but now friends. From the relief of pain to dealing with stress, loss/bereavement, immune boosting, stress management, fertility, mental health and wellbeing, this journey has allowed me to use natural therapies to bring about positive changes in the lives of client’s of all ages.

I was also lucky to have had the opportunity to open up Shimra Health & Wellness Centre 4 years ago in Killarney town. I created this healing space to bring my love of healing and working with other amazing therapist’s with unique expertise in health, healing and wellbeing, offering different therapies to our clients, including Coaching & Guidance, Counselling, Massage therapy, Bio-Energy Healing, Angel Card Reader, Clairvoyant/Medium and Shamanic healing.
